PREPARATION LIST

By following these preparations, you can help ensure that the property's exterior and interior look their best.

EXTERIOR - PROPERTY AREA

YARD - DRIVEWAY - WINDOWS - LIGHTING - TRASHCAN - FURNITURE

1.Clear any clutter: Remove any unnecessary items such as toys, tools, or personal belongings from the yard and exterior areas.

2.Trim the landscaping: Ensure that the lawn is freshly mowed, and trim any overgrown bushes or hedges

​

3.Clean up the driveway and walkways: Sweep or pressure wash the driveway and walkways to remove dirt, leaves, or debris.

​

4.Remove vehicles: If possible, move any vehicles parked in the driveway or directly in front of the property to a different location.

​

5.Clean windows and surfaces: Wipe down windows and surfaces to remove any dirt or smudges for a clean appearance in the photographs.

​

6.Check outdoor lighting: Ensure that all outdoor lights are working properly and replace any burnt-out bulbs if necessary.

7.Hide trash cans and recycling bins: If feasible, temporarily move trash cans and recycling bins out of sight for the photo shoot.

8.Consider staging: Add some outdoor furniture or decorative elements to enhance the curb appeal and create an inviting atmosphere.

6.Turn on all lights: Ensure that all light fixtures are working and turned on to provide proper lighting for the photographs.

I need to schedule an emergency appointment. How should I do it?

If you are within 2 days of your desired appointment date, you can send us an email using the "contact us" section. Alternatively, depending on the time of your visit to our website (during or outside our operating hours), you can use the chat button at the bottom right side of the website to inquire about available appointment time slots.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can reply back to the initial service request approval email. This way, we will have the exact property information and be able to gather all the necessary information to cancel your appointment at our fingertips.

Can I book an appointment via text or phone call?

Unfortunately, you cannot book an appointment over the phone. The reason for this is that we require specific information about the property to ensure that we have all the necessary details to complete your service request.

I need to make changes to my appointment. How should I do it?

Please send us an email. You can reply to the original service request email or the reminder email that you will receive a day before your scheduled appointment. To ensure that we are able to meet your requests, we recommend replying to the initial service request email so that we can see the changes that need to be made. Additionally, the sooner we know your changes, the more likely we are able to adjust to them.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

Our calendar is set for two weeks in advance. Normally, our calendar is up to date, but we always double-check to avoid any double bookings. We stop scheduling appointments two days before the desired date.

Can my clients be present at the property during the photo shoot?

It's best if homeowners and pets are not present at the property as it can slow down the process. However, if the homeowner can't leave, we understand and will proceed with capturing media. Please note that this may increase the time it takes to capture media.

If there is a problem with my scheduled appointment, will you notify me?

Yes, we will notify you by replying to the initial service request email.
