A4 Designs was founded with the purpose of providing professional marketing materials specifically for real estate agents. Our website focuses solely on real estate marketing media. As a local business, we take pride in helping real estate agents connect people with the perfect property for them and their families within our community.

With that being said, we are selective in choosing agents who align with our principles. We prefer not to work with everyone, as working with a large clientele can make it difficult to focus on individual needs. Instead, we keep our client list small, allowing us to provide the necessary support for growing your brand and selling more properties.

Our main service area includes RDU and the surrounding Triangle communities. Our coverage starts from the center of downtown Raleigh and extends out to a radius of 40 miles. Below is a map of the serviced area.

Everything inside the orange border is within a 25-mile radius of downtown Raleigh and will not be subject to a travel fee of $0.60 per mile.

BETWEEN ORANGE AND BLUE BOARDER​

Everything outside of the orange border, but inside the blue border, is within a 40-mile radius and is subject to a travel fee of $0.60.

BILLING & PAYMENT
FAST BILLING
Say goodbye to the uncertainty of when your invoice will arrive, guessing the payment amount, and payment deadlines. Our billing process allows us to promptly generate and send invoices, usually on the same day or the next day after an appointment is booked. The invoice will include the due date, total amount due, and the requested services.
EASY PAYMENTS
Making payments should be easy. You shouldn't have to worry about whether your payment will go through due to a suspicious-looking payment website or go through unnecessary steps to pay your invoice. We provide a payment link directly from our invoice, making it convenient for you. Additionally, we simplify the process by accepting credit or debit card payments only.
MEDIA APPROVAL & DELIVERY
CONVENIENT MEDIA DELIVERY
Once the work is complete, you will receive an email that will allow you to preview your media on either a mobile device or computer. With a simple click, you can access a beautiful image gallery. Share the gallery link with your clients to showcase the images that will be used to market their property.

QUICK CORRECTIONS
If you come across an image in the gallery that needs modification, you can provide feedback via email. We handle most of our editing in-house, which allows us to make changes quickly and return the modified image to you promptly.

We use our social media accounts to market and promote the properties that you sell. We share images and videos on Instagram, along with descriptions of the property, and tag the posts with your username and contact information to bring you and the property attention.
SOCIAL MEDIA | YOUTUBE
We upload property videos, details, and contact information to our YouTube channel in addition to Instagram to reach a wider audience and increase visibility.
YouTube Playlist: When you work with us, we will create a playlist on our YouTube channel exclusively for your videos.

YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS TO US
Feedback plays an important role in our marketing process. When we create media for a property, we want to ensure that it is receiving the intended attention. If it is not, it may be beneficial to explore different formats or types of media to increase the property's visibility and reduce the time it takes to generate interest in it.
MARKETING OVERVIEW
Once we have posted all the planned social media posts, we will email you our Marketing Overview PDF document. This document contains the posts we made on social media, as well as images of each post to showcase the specific content used to promote the property. Additionally, the document includes relevant statistics to highlight which media platforms are generating the most attention.

How do I find out your availability?
As part of the booking process, we will provide you with a calendar displaying the dates and times when we are available.
What are my options if the weather is unfavorable?
In case of precipitation, we can capture interior media now and return later for the exterior. A "re-shoot fee" of $50 may apply for setting up equipment again. Alternatively, we can reschedule the entire session to the next available date at no additional cost to our clients.
How much in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. If not possible, booking 3-4 business days ahead is advised to secure a preferred date. Occasionally, we can accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us even if your desired date is less than 3 days away. We strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. For a prompt response, please use the "Contact Us" fields below.
What is a travel fee?
We provide core services in the RDU and surrounding area. A travel fee of $0.60 per mile is applicable outside of our core service area. If a travel fee is required, the client will be notified before the appointment. View our service area on our "Support" webpage.
