We determine the cost of our services based on the size of the property, specifically the square footage. Below, you will find details for each range of square footage for which we offer services. We also provide the quantity of product you will receive (Quantity), the estimated time it takes to complete the service (Capture), and the delivery time (Delivery) when you can expect to receive the media.

RUSH EDITING
Rush editing reduces the media delivery time to 24 or 36 hours, or even less, from the start of the editing process. It's important to note that the editing process typically begins on the same day the images are captured. An email will be sent to the client once the editing process starts to ensure accurate tracking of time.

BRANDING - ADDING A LOGO
This add-on is for agents who want to brand their media by adding their business logo to the video. The logo will be displayed in either the right or left corner. Please note that the client must provide the file(s) for the logo. This video is a branded version of the original unbranded video intended for MLS use.

ADDING TEXT OVERLAYS
Overlays are intended to inform viewers about the unique features of the property. They will appear in either the bottom left, bottom center, or bottom right of the video. Please note that the client must provide the text to be added to the video. Overlays can be customized with colors that match your brand.

How will I receive my Video?
The video can be accessed in two ways.

Vimeo: Multiple video sizes can be downloaded from the Vimeo website using a link that we will provide when you preview the media.

Google Drive: You can access the video in 1080p and 720p from your Google Drive folder. Formats smaller than those sizes must be accessed from the Vimeo website.
Do you stream the video or do I need to download it?
We ask that you download the media since we cannot guarantee that the Vimeo link will be accessible in the distant future. However, if you prefer to stream the video, we can accommodate that request while the property is listed on the market.
Where am I allowed to use the video?
Once the invoice is paid, the video becomes your property and you are allowed to use it wherever you see fit.
Can I request changes to the video?
Yes, we allow a 24-hour window for you to make your requested change. During this window, we allow for one revision request. You can request multiple changes within this one revision request. However, please note that after this revision, due to time constraints, we cannot make any changes that were not requested during the initial revision request.
Will you move items or furniture to capture better video footage?
Due to liability reasons, we do not move furniture within the property. However, we will try to accommodate requests made by realtors if possible. Please note that if it is requested that an item be moved or interacted with, the requester (realtor, homeowner, or property manager) waives the ability to hold our media specialist (photographer) responsible for any damages to the item or property.
What should I do if my media gets copyright flagged?
Please inform us via email. You can use the "Contact Us" section of this website or reach out to your senior media specialist if you have their contact information. We utilize media assets that should not cause any copyright flags. If such a flagging occurs, we would like to be notified immediately so that we can provide the necessary documentation to resolve the issue.
Can my clients be present at the property during the video shoot?
It's best if homeowners and pets are not present at the property as it can slow down the process. However, if the homeowner can't leave, we understand and will proceed with capturing media. Please note that this may increase the time it takes to capture media.
