Schedule a convenient time for our media specialists to capture images of the property.
Our skilled media specialists utilize professional equipment to capture high-quality images. These images are then edited and processed to produce the final virtual staged image.
We deliver your media and provide a 24-hour window for you to review and approve it, or request changes. This ensures that the media always meets your needs.
We will contact you two weeks after you start using the media to confirm if it is generating the desired attention for the property.
PRICING PLANS
We determine the cost of our services based on the size of the property, specifically the square footage. Below, you will find details for each range of square footage for which we offer services. We also provide the quantity of product you will receive (Quantity), the estimated time it takes to complete the service (Capture), and the delivery time (Delivery) when you can expect to receive the media.

However, if you don't see an add-on that will achieve your desired results, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RUSH EDITING
Rush editing reduces the media delivery time to 12 or 24 hours, or even less, from the start of the editing process. It's important to note that the editing process typically begins on the same day the media was captured. An email will be sent to the client once the editing process starts to ensure accurate tracking of time.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES
With this add-on, we offer our clients the option to purchase additional images if they require more than the included amount.
Price per image: $15.00
HI-RES IMAGES
With this add-on, we can increase the resolution of the image to around 600 ppi. This ensures that each image contains sufficient data for printing and scaling without any loss of detail.

When will I receive my photos?
Photos are usually delivered on the next business day. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be promptly notified with an estimated time of arrival for the images.
Do you have different furinture options?
Yes, we do. Our initial approach is to create a modern look that appeals to a wide audience. However, if you have a specific style preference, please let us know in the comments section of the service request form. We will work closely with you to ensure that the virtually staged image aligns with your desired style.
What should I do if I don't like an image that you deliver?
We provide a 24-hour approval window for you to review and approve your media. If you would like us to make any changes, this is the appropriate time to do so.
Can I make changes to an image after 24 hours?
Yes and no. Yes, you can make the requested change, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be incorporated into the final version of the product.
Can my clients be present at the property during the photo shoot?
It's best if homeowners and pets are not present at the property as it can slow down the process. However, if the homeowner can't leave, we understand and will proceed with capturing media. Please note that this may increase the time it takes to capture media to be used in the virtual staging process.
I already have images. Can you virtually stage those images?
Yes and no. While it is possible to virtually stage the images you have, we strongly advise against doing so. Depending on the terms and conditions established by the photographer who took the images, you may not have the rights to edit them for any purpose. Therefore, virtually staging the images could potentially result in legal complications. It is best to capture new images and start the virtual staging process from scratch. If you know you have the rights to the images, then yes, we can use them for the virtual staging process. However, please note that the quality of the virtually staged images will depend on the quality of the original images.
